Post Telegraph Canyon / 94
Went out with a couple of friends on saturday, (2-11-06) We started in Tele Canyon, then on through Campo and out the 94, across I-8 and further north a few miles. Roads where very clean, beautiful day and very light traffic. (except for I-8) Some parts of the roads out that way have been re-topped. Saw a couple of Duc's and lots of rice rockets. I'm proud to say that after several months of not riding with these particular friends, the CBR 1000RR and the ZX-6 only saw 916 tail lights. No accidents or tickets (knock on wood!) It was a 155 mile day. I would highly recommend it in the near future to anyone living in or around south bay area.

I took just about the same route on Saturday at about 10:30..
Cops all over on 94..got a speeding ticket on by the cafe by Barret Junction..There was a bunch of police handing out tickets over there.
Saw one guy having his bike towed.
Glad I wasn't going fast. He clocked me at 73, wrote me up for 67 in a 55.....

I ALWAYS cruise the speed limit through Barret Junction. That place has got speeding ticket written all over it.

Yeah I normally roll off the throttle down there too, but this guy was waiting further up the hill. He got me at the point where I was in the process of slowing to around 60.

Mitch is the Man! Last speeding ticket was dismissed, officer didn't make court date after change of venue. All for $99 USD. Everthing is done by telephone and he's been around for a long time.
