Post Replcng 996 brake pads
I tried replacing the front break pads on my 996 this weekend but I was not able to take the caliper off the rotor since the rim seems to be blocking it from coming off. Does anyone know if anything else need to come off other than the 2 screws holding the caliper?

Thanks!!!

It should be able to shimmy off... try widening the break pads to create more space. But I've don't this on my brother's 996 a few times. If you're in the city proper, I can give ya a hand.
