Try to make sure it is held on a different weekend from the Vintage Auto Races on North Island, Coronado. The problem in the past (for me, anyway, and others I know) is that the Festa Italia and the Vintage Races were always the same weekend, and I know which one I'm going to. I'll do both if they are at different times. This year the Vintage Races are the last weekend in September.

For sure! I'd like to see the Vintage Races some year (I've never been).

I've been there every single year so far, and will be there again this year. They have a club section, where car and bike clubs can display their vehicles (and get great parking right inside). The San Diego Antique Motorcycle CLub has done that a few times, and the Alfa Romeo club I used to belong to does every year as well. You might check into that. (Although motorcycle parking isn't a bad location for that, so it's no big deal if you don't want to bother.)

Yeah, previous years we displayed with symbolic, pantera, ferrari... it's just somebody had the notion to charge to display. hopefully it won't be the case this year because it'd be a fun event
